Piso WiFi GCash and Maya: How to Pay Without Coins

Updated November 2026

Many piso wifi machines now accept GCash or Maya. You connect to the WiFi, open http://10.0.0.1, choose the e-wallet option, scan or follow the payment steps, and your time is added once the payment is confirmed.

Quick answer: Only pay through the option shown on the portal or by the store owner. Save your reference number. If time is not added within a few minutes, show the reference number to the owner. Never share your OTP or MPIN.

How e-wallet piso wifi payment works

Not every vendo accepts e-wallets. The owner has to set it up. When it is available, it usually works in one of two ways.

  • QR on the portal. The portal shows a QR code or payment link. You pay in your app and the machine adds time automatically.
  • Pay the owner directly. You send money to the store's GCash or Maya number. The owner then gives you a voucher code or adds time by hand.

The first way is faster. The second is more common on small stores and works like buying load.

How to pay piso wifi with GCash or Maya

Method 1: QR or link on the portal

  1. Connect to the vendo WiFi. Turn off mobile data for now.
  2. Open the portal. Go to http://10.0.0.1 on the phone you want online.
  3. Choose e-wallet payment. The button name varies. Look for GCash, Maya, e-wallet or QR.
  4. Pick an amount. Select the time package you want.
  5. Pay in your app. Scan the QR with your e-wallet app, or follow the link. You may need to turn mobile data back on briefly to finish the payment.
  6. Save the receipt. Screenshot the success screen with the reference number.
  7. Return to the portal. Your time should appear within a minute or two.

Method 2: Send to the store, get a code

  1. Ask the owner for their number or QR. Only use the one they show you in person.
  2. Send the exact amount. Check the name on the confirmation screen before you send.
  3. Show the receipt. The owner gives you a voucher code or adds time.
  4. Enter the code. Follow our piso wifi voucher guide.

I-save ang reference number. Huwag ibigay ang OTP o MPIN kahit kanino.

Stay safe when paying piso wifi online

  • Never share your OTP or MPIN. No real piso wifi portal or owner needs them.
  • Do not type your e-wallet login into the portal. Payment should happen inside the official app.
  • Check the recipient name before you confirm a transfer.
  • Ignore "free load" or "free wifi time" offers that ask for your wallet details.
  • Use only the QR or number shown by the store, not one sent by a stranger in chat.

A portal page that asks for your MPIN, OTP or full card number is a scam. Disconnect and tell the store owner.

Can I pause time paid with GCash?

Yes, if the machine supports pause. Time from e-wallet payments is treated like coin time on most systems. If the portal will not open at all, see piso wifi not working. Tap Pause on the portal and Resume when you are back. Steps for each brand are on the piso wifi pause time homepage.

For owners: adding e-wallet payments

Customers carry fewer coins now, so e-wallet payment can boost sales. How you add it depends on your system and version.

  • Manual method. Post your e-wallet QR at the counter. Check each payment, then hand out a voucher. Simple, but you must be present.
  • Built-in or add-on method. Some piso wifi systems offer e-wallet payments through a plugin or partner service. Check your software's official channels.
  • Record keeping. Match each reference number to the time given. This helps settle disputes fast.

Use only official integrations from your software developer or a registered payment provider. Avoid unknown plugins that ask for your wallet password. Brand guides: AdoPiSoft, PisoFi.

Piso WiFi GCash FAQs

Can I pay piso wifi with GCash?

Yes, if the owner set it up. Look for an e-wallet option on the 10.0.0.1 portal, or ask the store for their QR.

Does piso wifi accept Maya?

Some machines do. It depends on what the owner enabled. If you only see GCash, ask if Maya is accepted.

I paid but got no time. What now?

Wait a few minutes and refresh. Then show your reference number to the owner so they can check and add time.

Do I need mobile data to pay?

Sometimes. Your e-wallet app may need data to finish the payment if the vendo has no time on your phone yet.

Will the owner ask for my OTP?

Never. A real owner or portal never needs your OTP or MPIN. Anyone asking is scamming you.

Is GCash time the same as coin time?

On most machines, yes. You can usually pause it the same way.

Can I get a refund?

Ask the store owner first. Refunds depend on the owner, since they receive the payment.
